1 Definitions and Applicability

3 Account Management

The Member is solely responsible for the security of their account. Keeping the account username and password completely confidential is mandatory.

Login credentials must never be shared with anyone else.
Any suspicious activity on the account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.1 Updating Information

If any personal information provided at registration changes, the Member must update their profile immediately. Outdated or incorrect information may cause delays in payment processing or result in the account being temporarily suspended.

KYC Verification: hbajee 12 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for withdrawals above a certain amount. Withdrawals may be held until this process is completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

hbajee 12 currently supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking for deposits and withdrawals. The minimum amount for all transactions is ৳500.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.1 Bonus Terms

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus are withdrawable after the wagering conditions are met.
One account may benefit from a promotion only once.
A maximum bet amount may be set for bonus wagering — the detailed terms of each offer apply separately.
hbajee 12 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

A change in odds after a bet is confirmed does not affect the confirmed bet.

hbajee 12 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
For unusually large bets placed by a single Member on a match or event, hbajee 12 may review them before approval.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games use Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the fairness of results.
The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is fixed and is stated in the game description.
If a connection is lost during a live casino game, the game state is saved and play can resume from that point after reconnecting.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbajee 12 platform, and violations may result in account closure as well as legal action:

Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Managing multiple accounts.
Failure to verify age or providing false information.
Instructions from regulatory or legal authorities.

11.1 Voluntary account closure by member

If a member wishes to close their account, they can contact our support team. If active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, that bonus will be considered forfeited, but the real-money balance is refundable.

12 Dispute Resolution
